U.S. Athletes Race to 5 Titles at Edmonton World Paratriathlon EventApplication Process for Coaches, Bike Mechanic for U.S. Paralympic Triathlon Team Now Open

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Triathlon is also currently accepting applications for individuals wishing to be considered for coaching and bicycle mechanic positions as a part of the USA Triathlon delegation (coaches and additional officials) for the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Paralympic Games.
Individuals who might the criteria for the triathlon head coach, assistant coach (3 positions available) or the team bicycle mechanic for the Paralympic Games may submit a resume/CV along with the information to support the eligibility conditions to Amanda Duke Boulet at amanda.duke@usatriathlon.org by April 1. Qualification criteria documents are available at usatriathlon.org/gamescriteria.
Paratriathlon makes its Paralympic Games debut in Rio de Janeiro on Sept. 10-11 at Copacabana Beach. The final qualification event for the U.S. Paralympic Triathlon Team is coming up onSunday, March 13, in Sarasota, Florida, and the team will be announced following the closure of ITU Paralympic Qualification List rankings on June 30.
Applications are also still being accepted for the team bicycle mechanic or massage therapist for the Olympic Games. Interested individuals may submit a resume/CV along with information to support the eligibility conditions to Andy Schmitz at andy.schmitz@usatriathlon.org by March 15.
